Apply for LLSR Recognition

To receive the Lifelong Learning & Service Recognition (LLSR), you must complete and submit an application and a current Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) transcript along with the required fee. Included in the fee is a non-refundable $100 processing fee.

All LLSR applications are subject to a review by the AGD Council on Dental Education to assure that the AGD's high standards are met. Applications are reviewed by the Council on Dental Education on a bi-monthly basis.
