The Refer a Colleague program is the AGD’s member-get-a-member program which recognizes and rewards members for their recruitment efforts throughout the year. Recruit the most new members and you could win!

NEW for 2008-2009

• Monthly Recruitment Raffles! For each new active general dentist member you sign up, your name is entered in to a monthly raffle drawing. The winner gets to choose from a selection of prizes from gift baskets to concert tickets!
• The Top Recruiter will receive great prizes to be used at AGD2009Baltimore, such as FREE registration, participation course voucher, and an additional ticket to the Premier Celebration.
• To recognize the collaborative efforts of dental student recruitment, the Top Constituent Recruiter of Students will be rewarded at the end of the recruitment period!

*All prizes may be used by the winner or given as a gift to another dentist.

Short on time? Fill out the AGD Referral Form and fax or mail it to AGD, and we’ll contact your colleagues for you! Or send your colleague’s information to membership@agd.org.

Rules and Eligibility:

1. Recruitment period runs from 5/1/08 to 4/30/09.
2. Student and affiliate members are not eligible for participation.
3. To be recognized for recruiting a member, your name must be printed on the new member’s application, filled out in the online application, or noted when sending your colleagues’ information to the AGD through the Referral Form.
